A 360° campaign to save lives.

The Animal Care and Control Team (ACCT) in Philadelphia needed a fresh engagement campaign to bring new people into their ecosystem and promote adoption for homeless dogs and cats.  We started with a totally blank slate, developed a brand and implemented a multi-media strategy that touched every aspect of our business, from brand design to web design, social media ads, promotional writing and social video production.

Creating the brand.

First things first – ACCT needed an exciting, branded campaign that gave their new volunteers and adopters a sense of community and clear sense of purpose.  And the brand identity became clear.  Because for every dog and cat adopted, that adopter wasn’t just a new owner or parent, that adopter was a real hero.

Building the story.

To tell the story, a new web portal was developed that drove visitors directly to the most important goals of the campaign.  The organizations information flow was totally reinvented to drive action, while maintaining a robust infrastructure under the hood.  Fun, engaging imagery was used to compel education and advocacy, followed all the way through a series of videos that highlighted the heroes and animals that ACCT touches every day.

Engaging a community.

To drive engagement, print and video ads were produced that touched everything from the shelter fence to a targeted Facebook audience.  A heroic comic-book theme carried through all of the collateral, always closely emphasizing the animals with everything at stake.
